Driving to work everyday is quit scary, I don't think I have ever seen this color or any architectur building in Kuwait before. I don't really understand what they are trying to do. Get attention... enhance the structure....match a dress...? One thing I have notice is all the people turning their heads and laugh...so you could say it has a good purpose, to make smiles...
